1. Go to https://safelaneglobal.accessacloud.com/RDWeb
2. Select Reset My Password
3. On the next page select Reset Password
4. Enter your username e.g.dm5050j.smith. Choose CLOUD as your domain name.
5. Type in the characters provided on the graphic and click continue.
6. You will receive an email from aCloudAdministrator@accessacloud.com. Click the reset password link in the email.
7. You will be asked for and old password, please leave this blank.
8. In the new password and confirm new password fields please enter a password of your choice. Your password is now set and you can now log into FocalPoint.
