NOTE: You must have AOI installed before you can import into Dimensions.
1. Log into EasyBop, and export list of customers. (Please check with IT that you are exporting this in the correct format).
Note: You can use the filter to only export last months list of new customers.
2. Open up the export file in Excel and highlight the customers you'd like to import into Dimensions.
3. Open the TEMPLATESafeLane - Customer Export file. Then copy the list of customer sinto this file.
Note: Ensure you miss out the first three fields as these will be auto populated once the correct information has been entered.
4. Double check the information, and the database you are uploading to and select Review.
5. Click Update
6. A review page will appear, check all information and database is correct one final time and select Update.
7. The system will start uploading the data to Dimensions. Once finished it will advise you of which record were successful (green) and which were unsuccessful (red).
