NOTE: Please ensure you are connected to the correct database before continuing. If you are not sure, please consult IT.
1. Go to the Finance drive and Dimensions Imports > Project Import and double click TEMPLATE - AOI Project. This will open the below spreadsheet:
2. Populate the Project code, Name, Description Old customer code (EasyBop customer code).
3. Once spreadsheet has been populated, highlight all the fields you wish to upload into Dimensions:
4. Click the Access Tab in excel and make sure Review is dark grey, and you are connected to the correct database.
5. Next click Update. A new dialog box will appear. This will give you one last chance to check all the data looks correct.
6. If you are happy with all data, click update. This will upload these projects into Dimensions. Once complete, all successful uploads will be highlighted in green and unsuccessful uploads will be highlighted in red.
