1. Search for the Customer Account you'd like to raise an opportunity for. You can do this by typing in the name of the Customer in the top Search bar. The customer account should appear as a drop down. Click the customer account. 



2.  Salesforce will display the customer account page. On the right hand of the page there will be a section called "Opportunities" .  Click the down arrow next to Opportunities as (shown below) and click "New":




3. The new opportunity page will display with a list of fields. Please complete the form and click "Save". This will create a new opportunity in the system.
